Mental Health Circles
There’s power in shared experiences
Battling mental health conditions can be lonely, because others can’t see what you’re going through. But what if there was a way to connect with others who've had similar experiences?Introducing Mindhouse's Mental Health Circles- small group, private gatherings of trusted people coming together to safely share their struggles with mental health, feel heard, and learn from each other.
We value confidentiality, mutual respect & trust. We do not disclose participant information beyond the Circle.
How do Mental Health Circles work?
Each Circle is an intimate, informal event of not more than 15 participants, hosted in person with our verified venue partners or online.
Circles focus on a particular mental health condition (like anxiety, depression, OCD, etc.) or on thematic areas (family, caregiving, relationships, etc.)
Each Circle is moderated by the Mindhouse team or trained hosts to ensure everyone feels respected, heard, and valued throughout the discussion.
